These pictures were taken 9 months apart. The one on the left was taken in January of 1998, the one on the right in September. The weight on the left 225 pounds. By September my weight had fallen to 175 pounds. All this was done with diet alone using the Protein Power variant of the low carb diet.
I now weight in at 185 but maintain a fairly rigorous exercise schedule and eat basically what I want. I do eat less than I used to by far, but I'm not policing my diet overly.
If I could lose 50 pounds, you can too.
